A modular course in fixed and removable prosthodontics, suitable for dentists contemplating an academic career or preparing for specialist practice.
Students attend lectures, seminars, clinical and laboratory demonstrations, and consultant clinics. They will treat patients under supervision and carry out laboratory work as advised by course tutors.
A supervised research project is undertaken and a formal bound dissertation is submitted by the end of the course. A variety of research projects are available in the areas of Restorative Dentistry, Dental Materials Science and Oral Neurophysiology.
